Operating Entity and Responsibilities

The operating entity, departmental responsibilities and authority to act.

USG governanceReviewed: 3 October 2026

Universal Sustainable Growth (USG) connects shared principles, professional capability, knowledge and practical mechanisms to support cross-border cooperation, sustainable growth, and the prevention and resolution of disputes.

USG Organisation Ltd is the UK operating entity for the USG website and related platforms. It is responsible for platform management, day-to-day administration and the services it undertakes. The contracting entity, scope, fees and responsibilities for each service are set out in the relevant agreement or service confirmation.

USG Growth, the Dispute Resolution Portal (DRP), USG Academy, USG Commons and USG Partnerships are responsible for their respective activities. Partner organisations and professionals bear responsibility in accordance with their agreements and the scope of their appointments. Participation in the USG Network does not, in itself, confer authority to make commitments or enter into agreements on behalf of USG.

Operations Management coordinates enquiries concerning organisational identity, platform operations and administrative responsibility, and refers specific matters to the responsible department for follow-up.
